What’s your favorite memory with CSOP?

My favorite memory with CSOP has to be opening night of Spring Awakening! Seeing the house full of people — Chapman students, friends, and families alike — there to experience the culmination of our 70(ish)-person team’s four months of hard work was so surreal. Sitting back and watching the incredible product of that show and knowing it was all put on by students also felt incredibly rewarding and special. I am so grateful for all of the friends, connections, and pre-professional experience that production brought me <3

What’s something you’ve learned from your experience with CSOP so far?

Something that I’ve learned from my experience is that it’s totally possible to keep theatre a part of your life even if it’s not what you’re studying! I was so scared that after not choosing theatre as my major that there would be no hope for me to do it at Chapman, but CSOP gave me the opportunity to continue to do what I love while studying other things that I love too. 🙂
